Delivery Options Overview

We believe in a flat, fair shipping rate for all of our customers. This is why we have decided to ship all of our products free of cost to anyone worldwide. All of our orders are confirmed upon purchase (you will receive an e-mail with your order details) and are fully insured before they are shipped out.

Please note that you will receive your unique tracking number in the initial order confirmation mail. 

Shipping Process

All orders are processed within  1 business day.We always aim to deliver your shipment to you as fast as humanly possible. In the unlikely event of any delays, we will inform you personally.Once an order has been processed and shipped it can no longer be altered or canceled. All orders will be delivered directly to your home or PO box. You will be able to track the status of your order with your unique tracking number at our tracking page.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Any product that you are not 100% satisfied with can be exchanged, provided the item is in brand new condition and not damaged in any way.

In order to do so, please  contact us  within a thirty (30) day period after you have received your product. We will then provide you with a return address for you to ship your product to.

If the new item(s) is/are of a different price, then we will provide you with a refund or an easy way to pay the difference.

Please note that we do not cover the price of the return shipment. We will, however, send your new product(s) for free

Refunds

At Andro Electronics  Store we believe that our customers are more than just numbers. We stand by our products and we want you to love them as much as we do. This means that if you are not satisfied with your product, then neither are we.

We welcome anyone who’s unhappy with his or her purchase to return them for a refund. In order to do so, please contact us within a thirty (30) day period after you have received your order. We will then provide you with a return address.

In order for your product to qualify for a full refund, it must be in its original package  in brand new condition and undamaged 

FAQs

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped same day. Normal delivery takes 3-5 days.

Express delivery takes 24h-48h after payment confirmation.

My order arrived damaged what should i do?

In case that your order arrived damaged we got you covered.

We offer insurance in case of damage for all shipped orders, so in case that one or more product arrive damaged just contact us and we will replace it asap.

What to do if i entered an incorrect Shipping Address?

In case the shipping address is incorrect just go to My account  page to edit the address or email us at info@androelectronics.com

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

In case the order was not shipped you can change or cancel the order.

If the order was shipped you have to wait for it to arrive and then contact us if you wish to change or return the products at your own cost.
