I’ve been flying this drone for a few months now. It’s like magic. When you put the goggles on and fly it feels like you’re actually flying.
I’ve not used manual mode because I’m happy with Normal and Sport mode. Sport mode is really fast. Something like 60mph which is as much as I need.
Make sure you update the software before going out to fly it though as you could have problems with it not wanting to fly.
Buying 2 extra batteries is a good idea. Get a fast video SD card as well.
You can see a few of the videos I’ve done on my instagram uncoolio123
Don’t fly it indoors though. it’s frightening

Ive not used this on manual mode yet, but flown about 10kilometers in normal and sports mode. Some slate the drones camera quality but its pretty good, but yes the video is superb. Be aware the return to home feature often goes wrong. Firstly it wastes battery power flying up to 200meters high and takes ages to get back down again. Secondly it loses track of where home is, once it tried to land on my car and another time it got stuck in a tree and fell out. However the ability to see where your going is great. Oh and the range of 10 kilometers, no. Be lucky if you get one kilometer before picture is lost and return to home gets activated, even with line of sight to the drone. The optional motion controller is fun and is easier to control over undulating ground. As a newbie you can fly in normal mode, even land and take off in normal mode, then fly in sports once your accustomed to it. Manual mode is completely different, the controls are different, no safety or even self righting, be prepared for some emergency stops, the app training of manual mode has some value but is completely unrealistic. All in all, great fun, really handy, checked my roof tiles after a storm. Even flew in 40mph winds for a bit, drone managed surprisingly well .

It’s a brilliant bit of kit, dead easy to use having never flown a quadcopter before.
The Goggle’s are comfy enough for the 5 batteries I have now bought to be used without having to rest my head, neck or eyes.
With one battery it’s a waste of time TBH … With 5 barriers it’s great.. But I could double that.. And the cost 😮😮😮 . I cant believe how ridiculously cheap this is
